STUDENTS VISA FACILITATION

Student Visa Assistance

We’re Here to Help You with Your Student Visa Application!

A student visa is official permission from a country’s immigration authorities, stamped in your passport, allowing you to enter and stay there for your studies.

You can usually begin your student visa application once you’ve received your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) from your chosen university. That’s why we recommend applying for admission as early as possible — so your visa process can begin without delay, as processing times may vary depending on the destination country.

The student visa process includes several steps, which can vary depending on the country you plan to study in. Worldwise Consultants will guide you through each step and assist you in accurately completing your visa application forms.

You may need to provide:

  • Proof of enrolment (CoE or acceptance letter)
  • Financial documents showing you can cover travel, tuition fees, and living expenses
  • A valid passport (at least 6 months beyond your intended stay)
  • English language proficiency test results (if required)
  • Medical report and health examination results

Our expert counsellors at Worldwise Consultants will provide up-to-date information and full support throughout the visa process, ensuring all your documents are prepared according to the latest immigration policies.

Visa Fee Payment

Visa fees can be paid at an authorized Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) branch using your booking reference number.

Booking Confirmation

Once everything is processed, you’ll receive a final confirmation email with full details — including your test date, time, and venue.
